When the Substack goes quiet, that's when you know something's up
For when you're feeling emotionally drained
I have two modes: process what’s going on by writing in real time, or process by not even reaching for my keyboard for a week or two because I don’t even know where to start.
Lately, it’s been keyboard avoidance. It isn’t until I remember that if I’m feeling how I’m feeling, someone else is feeling it too. That’s why I started this Substack in the first place.
The other day, I woke up feeling emotionally exhausted. I’m a giver, cheerleader, and encourager by nature, and I love seeing my friends bring their dreams to reality. I love celebrating them.
